HabaSYNC® open length timing belts are manufactured in Thermoplastic Polyurethane, which gives superior wear and abrasion resistance. Steel or Aramide cords offer good running characteristics for a wide range of applications, such as:
HabaSYNC® is offered in both metric and imperial pitches and can be supplied as open lengths, 
for mechanical fixing, prepared ends, joined endless or pinned joined. They can be supplied joined endless from our workshop or with prepared ends for joining on site where a machine strip down is not an option.
We can also offer a comprehensive range of backings from low to high friction, low noise, antistatic compression, easy release and abrasion resistance. Also in this range you can choose from one of our standard profiles and tracking guides, along with standard metric and imperial pulleys or supplied to your specific requirements.
Customised with profiles vulcanised on the back of the belt, HabaSYNC® timing belts offer the most flexible solution for your conveying applications.
Available in the same Thermoplastic Polyurethane material as the base belt, either high frequency welded or heat welded the flight then becomes an integral part of the belt giving excellent pushing and carrying capability.
Standard flights are available from 2mm - 13mm thick, 3mm - 120mm high and widths up to 150mm. Other sizes are available on request.
Covers
HabaSYNC® belts are also available with covers of different materials. Some covering materials are produced during the belt manufacturing process while others are added as a secondary process.
Standard covers available include Natural rubber, Neoprene, Polyurethane foam, EPDM red, white or black, Linatex, Clear Polyurethane, Neoprene sponge, Polymide toothside and Polymide conveying side (Low friction covering). These covers come in a range of colours, thickness and Shore A.
Further modifications are available to assist conveying and belt movement such as Profile grinding, Surface grinding and Routing, Lateral Machining, Perforating and Hole punching.
